After many years spent in the health and fitness industry watching what was once old be made new over and over again, but never any better, I, Mike Barretta, have discovered and corrected a few greatly overlooked flaws to create the O 15 workout.
Once you really learn how to do O 15, you will realize that all other ways of exercise can be easily converted into O 15. The static position only makes it easer to maintain the particular O 15 posture along with the timed breathing. If you’re good enough to move and maintain perfect posture and breathing, great, but it is not necessary in O 15.
Now you can work out anywhere at anytime and be done in minutes. It’s the most intense method of exercise ever invented but also the safest and it’s able to work around existing injuries like no other. Does it ALL. Freedom from hours of long boring cardio and weight training. No more warm ups and cool downs or stretching or doing abs or core work. It’s all included in the O 15 workout.
Finally, say good bye to running, jumping, pulling, twisting, lunging, squatting, dipping, pressing, etc. If you can take the intense pain created by the O 15 workout, you will get amazing results and you can take that to the bank!
Take the O 15 Challenge:
Study and learn the O 15 posture and breathing and complete 15 workouts. Let your muscles catch fire like never before and as you learn to maintain the posture and breathing, you will feel your muscles deaden like they’re filled with cement. If you do O 15 right, it should become more difficult as you get better at it. It’s all about how fast you can kill yourself and how quickly you can recover and take that pain again.
After 15 workouts, go back to whatever you did before. You will not believe that O 15 has made you better at what you used to do! I know you will also be amazed at your reflection in the mirror.
I personally do O 15 four times a week and my routines last less then 7 and one half minutes each. Sometimes on the weekend, I might do my insane 5 minute routine if I am up for the pain, but that’s it. Less than 35 minutes a week and all I have to say is LIVE THE DREAM O 15
