
I found O15, not because I was looking for a new workout, but because I was looking for a story as a reporter for NBC10 News. I still wake up sometimes thinking there’s no way this workout is really able to do this. But it is!

I decided to try it for a month. After just 2 weeks of fifteen minute workouts, I felt stronger than I had in years of lifting weights and working out. After a month, I looked up and actually liked what I saw in the mirror!

Within nine months, the O15 workout has helped me lose an additional 72 lbs and meet my first weight loss goal. I am now 102 lbs lighter and still continue to lose weight.

I started the O15 in July and the results so far have been great. I was noticing changes in the first couple weeks and that was very encouraging. I have lost 3 sizes, have more muscle definition, more energy, and more confidance.

I started doing O15 in the beginning thinking I needed to keep doing cardio on top of it to get results. I stopped doing the cardio because I was too tired after the workout and was surprised when I still lost weight!

I have never felt or looked better in my life. Not only have I gotten increased size and definition in my muscles, but the workout has helped improve my running times drastically.

My mind and body feel rejuvenated after each session, bringing me back for more. It has not only changed my figure, it has changed my mental wellbeing as well.

Everyone has noticed such a drastic change in me. Not only in my physical appearance but in my attitude as well. I have so much more confidence now and I’m not even half-way to where I want to be.

The reporter, who was already in great shape, tried the workout. As I watched him struggle and sweat after only a few minutes (holding just a stick, NO weights) I thought to myself, “I have to try that”.
