I am a 25-year old male who started working out at the age of 19.  My workout consisted of a 3-day push/pull/legs split, with some cardio (usually running) on the off days.  I considered myself to be in pretty good shape, but this past winter I found myself in a fitness rut.  I was getting extremely bored with my routines and I definitely hit a plateau.  I stopped seeing improvements and I felt like it was getting impossible for my muscles to get to the point of failure—I tried increasing the weight, but then I had to sacrifice my form, and in order to have proper form, I had to use a weight that didn’t feel challenging enough.  I was going in circles and getting nowhere.  I knew I needed something different to mix things up and get me out of the funk, but I didn’t know what.

One night when I was walking around the city with my friends, we passed o15 workout, and I immediately scoffed and wrote it off as another useless fitness fad.  A full workout in 15 minutes?  It seemed too good to be true, and in my experience, if something seemed too good to be true, it usually was.

However, it stuck with me, and knowing that I needed to try something different, I decided to look into it.  I perused the website and quickly saw that it was nothing like I had ever seen before.  I immediately called and scheduled a consultation.  That evening I did a sample workout with Mike, and I have not turned back ever since!

I have been doing the workout for about 4 months with Rosy and I have never felt or looked better in my life.  Not only have I gotten increased size and definition in my muscles, but the workout has helped improve my running times drastically.  Because the workout places such an emphasis on your posture, alignment, breathing and core, my body does not have to use as much energy to focus on these things and can devote more energy to actually running, thus allowing me to run much faster.  (Not to mention my legs are much stronger after doing this workout, which has also helped improve my speed)

The o15 workout has been one of my greatest investments, and I can’t even imagine going back to my old workout.  And since it takes less than 15 minutes, knowing that I will always be able to fit it into my busy schedule has really given me peace of mind.
