I have been a member of Weights for Women since 1995. Since then, I have opened a hair salon and had a child, which have posed many challenges. Excuses are what I made when it came to taking care of myself, so I would start and stop any workout program that I was doing at the time. Time is what I could not seem to make. Running my salon and raising my daughter was time consuming enough, so those became my ultimate excuses.
It wasn’t until October of 2006 that I realized it was time for me to take better care of myself. On my return to Weights for Women, I saw a few of the members who I used to work out with, those I used to take classes with, and those I spent many hours of excessive cardio and training with. They now looked totally different and I asked how did they do it? The answer was O15 Workout. I wanted it! 15 minutes? – Just what I had to give. No more excuses and no more wasted time for me.
I started the O15 program the very next day and worked on correcting my eating habits while never depriving myself like I have done before. I didn’t need to, I was losing weight as well as inches. Within one year, I have lost 38 pounds and 4 whole dress sizes and O15 made this possible. The workout is unlike anything else. Why? Simply because you learn the correct way to breathe as well as the proper form and alignment when training. I have more energy, endurance, better form in my workout, and better posture in general. Bulk isn’t the result, a leaner sculpted body is the result of the O15 workout. O15 is truly one of a kind, always growing and always challenging!
I spend less time training with more results. I never thought it was all possible until I challenged myself to do this workout. My mind and body feel rejuvenated after each session, bringing me back for more. It has not only changed my figure, it has changed my mental wellbeing as well. I have found it to be the best form of therapy from a woman’s point of view. I am stronger and more confidant of myself. It works for all body types and ages, even designed to work around certain injuries simply by being in the proper alignment. I breathe better and stand taller, and finally realize that working out is quality over quantity. No more excessive cardio for me. You can run on a treadmill for an hour and still not get the effect or result that you can with O15, I’ve tried both and I know! Can you get cardio and strength training in only 15 minutes? Yes, that is correct! Try this and you will see it for yourself. If I can do it, so can you!
Save yourself all of the unnecessary time in the gym. Put it into the O15 workout and see what is awaiting you.
