I started doing O15 about 5 months ago with John Fadgen and have found it to be quite life altering. Before I started this work-out, I would do some things to try to stay in shape such as Tae-bo and other exercising tapes. But none of them ever seemed to make a difference. I would do them for a little bit and start to get discouraged. Eventually, I would just give up on them. Finally I decided to join Weights for Women. I met John and Mike the first night I was there. They started telling me about the workout and at first I was skeptical. But because of their enthusiasm, I decided to give it a try. After I met with John and found out what it was all about, I decided I wanted to stick with it. In August, I started going four times a week. After all, it is only for fifteen minutes a day. This fact really encouraged me to go and work hard so that I could spend more time at home with my family.
I started seeing improvements in the shape of my body, endurance and even health just within a couple weeks of doing O15. People started telling me they could definitely see a difference. By the beginning of October, I had lost 10 pounds. I continued to work out with John and continued to lose more weight. By November, I had lost 16 pounds total. Not only did I lose weight, I was starting to see definition in my muscles as well.
O15 was the only exercise I was doing. I may have gone to the gym one other day in the week just to walk on the treadmill, and we all know that isn’t going to make you lose that much weight that quickly.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to do my workout for the past couple of weeks and I am already seeing a negative effect. It looks as if I am gaining some weight back to my thighs and butt. This only further shows the effectiveness of this workout. I plan on getting back to doing it as soon as possible.
The O15 workout is very challenging, but fun. It’s not time consuming, but effective. It can be tough, but rewarding. I am glad I got to learn about O15 and will do nothing but it for my workout from now on.
