I am a 34 year old woman who only a short month ago felt 84 years old. I had no strength and no determination. I was weak, out of shape, and I could barely breathe when I walked up a simple flight of stairs. I let myself balloon up to a whopping 271 pounds and I hated what I was doing to my body and my life. I decided to make a change and found the O15 Workout. I was skeptical at first because, at my size, I really didn’t believe that just 15 minutes a day was going to help me.
The workout was very hard but amazing. I noticed almost immediately that I was sweating and my heart rate was up higher than it ever was on the treadmill! I felt good! I felt STRONG! I thought, “Hey, I could do this!” The trainer told me all about the O15 Workout and why it works so well. He explained that it’s as easy as ABC : Alignment, Breathing, and Contraction. I wanted to try it for a month to see if I would get results. I started working out on December 26, 2007 and went 5 days a week.
Today, not even a month later, I’m down over 10 pounds, a pant size, and 10 inches overall. I feel so much healthier and happier than I have in years. What I’ve noticed the most is how much strength I have now and how simple things that once were so difficult are getting easier to do everyday; including picking up my daughter and getting up off the ground.
Some people spend hours at the gym doing cardio and weight training, but I don’t have that kind of time. I have 3 children at home and this workout fits into my daily schedule so nicely.
Everyone has noticed such a drastic change in me. Not only in my physical appearance but in my attitude as well. I have so much more confidence now and I’m not even half-way to where I want to be. I know I have a long road ahead of me to get to my ideal body weight, but I’m in it for the long haul and I’m excited about how I’m going to look in another 6 months!
