joanna_thBefore starting O15, I used to spend an hour and a half in the gym 4 days a week – 45 minutes doing cardio and 45 minutes of weights. I wasn’t getting the results I wanted, so I tried adding more time to my workout and tried dieting. I couldn’t keep up with either and decided it was worth giving up the things I like to eat.

I started doing O15 in the beginning only instead of lifting weights, thinking I needed to keep doing cardio on top of it to get results. I stopped doing the cardio because I was too tired after the workout and was surprised when I still lost weight!

After switching from my old workout to O15, I lost 10 pounds and a full size. My photos are from Fat Tuesday at Tom & Jerry’s where I bartend. Every year, Fat Tuesday events include a bikini contest and the bartenders dress up too. The before pictures are from 2007 and 2008, with the after from this year.
