As a kid growing up I was always into weightlifting. While working for the family business and maintaining my farm, it was difficult for me to find time to work out for two hours a night. One day I was introduced to the O15 Workout and thought it was just too good to be true. Every night after work I started training with Mike Barretta and I learned from him the true science of working out. I started to get really involved and soon after began training at O15.
The one to two hours a day spent in the gym doing the old conventional workout was nothing compared to the O15 Workout. I am not the guy to go out for a run or do abs, it’s just not in my daily routine and never was. Those are the two things I lacked for my body that I have gained in the switch to O15. I might not have a six pack, but try eating the way I do and tell me who would? The fact that I didn’t have to change my eating habits and still got the results I did is enough for me.
O15 gives me such a great cardiovascular workout that I don’t see myself ever running another day in my life. Not only does my body look a lot better but I feel amazing too. I also have a lot more time on my hands now that I only have to workout for fifteen minutes a day. I am now in even better shape than I was when I spent two & a half hours in the wrestling room everyday in high school. I have more muscle definition than I ever imagined, even keeping my size without going down the path of steroids.
As a trainer for O15 it gives me great pleasure to be able to help people do something not only great for their bodies, but great for their minds. I’ve worked at O15 for a year and a half and have gained so much experience that I couldn’t imagine getting anywhere else – from a 74 year old man who went from practically not walking to walking better the next month to my friends preventing injuries that were bound to happen with their usual high impact workouts. And it comes in minutes instead of hours, you pick.
