Prior to beginning the O15 workout, I was already in fairly good shape. I had been working out consistently 4 days a week for about 7 years. Each day, I would come to the gym and do 45 minutes of cardio, and an hour of weight training. But I looked pretty good and thought “why would I ever try anything else?” What I was doing seemed to work. But then I realized I hadn’t changed much in a couple years. Then I got married, and started to get “comfortable” as we all like to call it. Mike Barretta, Rosy and the rest of the gang started to get on me about doing the O15 workout, and I would blow them off. But they told me that because I was already in good shape, I would see a difference quickly! They told me to give them 6 weeks and then make a decision.
I started training with Joe Viso, and quickly saw (or should I say felt) why they had been so adamant about me trying it all this time! First of all, it really does only take 15 minutes a day. And every day when I woke up, I would feel what I like to call “the beautiful pain”, which is just an ache over every inch of my body. It doesn’t matter what the exercise of the day is, my whole body feels it the next day. I hadn’t felt like I worked this hard in years! And I am not a lazy person, I pushed myself to the limit even before I had a trainer.
Before I knew it, I was seeing so much more definition and toning in my whole body, my old pants started to fit again, and my strength was unbelievable. I have been doing this for 12 weeks now, and have no intentions of quitting any time soon. Believe the hype-it’s true! It’s the hardest, quickest workout you can get. And it works. Trust me!
