The O15 Workout has changed my life and my way of working out. I am 42 years old, I work full time, and I am also a mother and housewife. I had been working out for 5 hours per week for the past 5 years and did not seem to be dropping any weight.
I switched to the O15 and after just a couple of sessions doing this workout, I felt great. The workout is quick, fun, and needless to say very intense. The workout is only 15 minutes 4 times a week, which gives me more time at home with my family. It’s very difficult, but I’m always looking forward to the next challenging workout session. And this workout can be done by all ages and body types.
The personal training experience with Mike Barretta has been so great. Mike teaches you each move and helps you along so that you don’t lose your form. He works effortlessly with his clients to get them motivated and have a great workout.
By the end of the first 6 weeks, I had lost 10 pounds, after 6 months I lost 25 pounds and was 3 sizes smaller, and after a year a total of 40 pounds. I also feel great and have more energy. Even if I had just maintained my weight with this workout, it would be a success because I would be getting the same results in ¼ of the time. Instead, I finally did what I couldn’t even do after 5 years of my old workout. I am still on a mission to lose more weight and O15 is the way I’m going to do it. Just do it!!
