melissag_thI began exercising about 2 years ago in preparation for my wedding. My workout included 30-40 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes with weights, and 400 to 500 crunches 5 days a week. I began to lose weight and develop decent tone in my muscles, however this workout was time consuming and my hips hurt, my knees hurt, my legs would cramp, my shoulder bothered me, etc. I thought no pain no gain so I continued.

A few months ago I noticed a that new gym had opened near my house : “The Revolutionary Only 15 Minute Workout.” As I drove by the sign everyday I would almost laugh : “A 15 minute workout, what’s next?” I assumed it was just another circuit training workout that would do nothing for my body.

About 2 months ago, I was watching NBC10 news and saw that familiar O15 sign. The reporter, who was already in great shape, tried the workout. As I watched him struggle and sweat after only a few minutes (holding just a stick, NO weights) I thought to myself, “I have to try that”.

The very next day I stopped in and watched a few workouts. I saw a woman in the infamous “crippler” position collapse to the ground after only a few minutes. Now I understood why the workout was only 15 minutes! I waited for her session to finish and was greeted by Mike Barretta, the creator of this amazing workout. Mike took the time to explain his method of training to me, answering all of my questions, and invited me to try the workout.

The next day I showed up for my workout. I have to be honest, I was excited but very skeptical. Mike took me through a tough workout, taking his time to explain to me how to do each exercise and why it was so effective. He showed me how to align my body properly and how to control my breathing in order to get maximum benefit from this workout. I struggled to balance a ball on a stick placed on my back for more than 30 seconds. I could feel EVERY muscle in my body fighting to balance a ball, on a stick, on my back! I was hooked!

It has been about six weeks now that I have been doing the O15 Workout and I feel great. I meet with Mike 4 times per week. Each time he helps me to push my body to its limit while cheering me on for “two more breaths.” It is a difficult workout and takes willpower, but the results are amazing. My joints never hurt and my body is stronger and leaner than it was when I began. My husband is now doing the O15 workout and I am working on the rest of my family. I have seen the workout modified for all ages and physical conditions.

I rave about O15 everyday and challenge anyone who wants to feel better and look better to try it.
