melissa_thI am a 32 year old mother who works part time and stays home part time with a 4 year old daughter. Back in 2004 when she was younger, I had lost quite a bit of weight on my own, but it took me 4 hours per day. That’s not an exaggeration, I exercised 4 hour a day, and I did get smaller, but I was doing mostly cardio and I had no shape to me. And of course I couldn’t keep up that habit for long, especially as my daughter got older and bored with the little things that used to keep her occupied while I did my workouts. So once I stopped, I quickly regained the weight.

After a while, I tried again. On my new program a year before I started with O15, I was doing 1 to 2 hours a day, 4 days per week. I would take an hour long aerobics class or do an hour on the cardio machines. Soon, I started adding in a ½ hour in the weight room on my own whenever I could or an hour long body sculpting class. On this program, I lost about 10 to 15 pounds over the course of the year, but I hit a plateau even though I was doing different types of cardio and different weight exercises to try to avoid that.

After the New Year in 2006, I started the O15 Workout. I am not athletic and have never been, but if had I learned this in high school, I definitely would have wanted to do sports because it has made me athletic and made me want to do more because I like the way it makes me feel. It is very intense and not easy, but it’s almost addicting. There’s a new challenge every time I do it, so I don’t get bored and want to switch to a different kind of workout.

Since I started the workout about 6 months ago, I have lost 25 more pounds and 3 pants sizes. For the first time ever, I can see a line in my upper abs! I did this in 15 minutes a day 4 times per week with no regular cardio and no change to my diet. If anything, I slacked off and was eating better before starting O15. I also recently (ed. Note : after photos were taken) added a 5th day to my routine and hope to report back later with more results!
