I am a 30 year old woman with a 7 month old baby and a full time job. The O15 Workout is perfect for me. My time at the gym is now shorter but I work harder than ever before. This is great for me because I am still home early enough to spend time with my family.
Prior to the O15 workout and before I was pregnant, I would spend at least 2 hours or more at the gym. My body was getting used to the workout and I was not seeing results.
I decided that I would try the O15 workout after I had the baby. I have been doing the O15 workout for about 5 months now and I am back to the same size I was prior to having the baby. I feel it has helped a great deal in my core section.
