Since my traditional routine wasn’t cutting it anymore I thought, “…When it doesn’t work I’ll go back to my old routine.” I was wrong! Although I didn’t have much to lose to begin with, after eight weeks I lost 7 pounds and 8 inches overall.

I have been doing the O15 Workout for 5 months now. In that time I have achieved all the goals that I had been trying to attain for the past 10 years! It is an amazing concept that really does work.

I have been doing the O15 workout for about 5 months now and I am back to the same size I was prior to having the baby. I feel it has helped a great deal in my core section.

It’s an extremely difficult workout, but the atmosphere at the training studio helped me to learn to work as hard as I can. It’s a comfortable environment without a bunch of people walking through and gawking.

If my body and strength stayed the same after a month of swapping for a 15 minute workout, that alone would have been enough for me to feel comfortable recommending it to others. I honestly never expected to really like it or to see a change in my body.

How could anyone achieve significant results by training for just fifteen minutes a day? After one session, it was obvious that the key to great fitness was the intensity of the workout as your muscles perform to exhaustion.

I am not athletic and have never been, but if had I learned this in high school, I definitely would have wanted to do sports because it has made me athletic and made me want to do more because I like the way it makes me feel.

I started seeing improvements in the shape of my body, endurance and even health just within a couple weeks of doing O15. By the beginning of October, I had lost 10 pounds.

O15 gives me such a great cardiovascular workout that I don’t see myself ever running another day in my life. Not only does my body look a lot better but I feel amazing too.
