steve_thIn the spring of 2006, I weighed 200 pounds at the time I began running to lose some of the weight. I started by running a few days a week and lost some of the fat, but my body had no shape whatsoever.

That September, I started doing O15 and began to see major results in just a few months. The weight started to drop, and my body started getting some definition.

After a few more months, I started to sign up for some road races for the first time in 10 years. My times started to improve, so I kept on running. Already I have seen immaculate strides, and am now starting to compete on a regular basis. I now weigh a lean 155 lbs, and I can run more than I ever could. The strength training I have done with Mike at O15 has transformed me into a different person. The runs have become much easier, even though the times are significantly faster. I am now able to run up steep hills the same as I can run on flat ground.

In only 15 minutes a day, I can go about my daily routine without taking much time out of my day. Also, if I am unable to make it down to the facility, I am able to do some of the workouts in my home without any weights whatever, using only a step, mirror, and a clock. The only bad thing about this workout is I had to go out and buy new clothes that didn’t fall off my body.
