Private Training Sessions
- The best way to learn the workout. The entire focus is on you with workouts custom picked for your specific progress and goals.
- Choose from 3 to 5 days per week for 4 weeks, 8 weeks, or 12 weeks.
- All workouts are by appointment.
Duet Training Sessions
- More hands on than classes, lower cost than private sessions. You and a friend or partner learn together with 1 trainer at the same time.
Classes : All Levels
- Workouts structured to be suitable for beginner and advanced levels!
- Prerequisites – 1 private consultation/orientation (Free, by appointment)
- New smaller size – 3 clients : 1 trainer
- Pay as you go or monthly unlimited option
- Combo packages of private training & classes also available
